8 pcs. thinly sliced sirloin
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 pcs. bacon
8 dill pickle spears
garlic powder to taste
salt & pepper to taste
2 lg. bay leaves
1/2 c. water
tooth picks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Using a roaster with cover, grease roaster and pour in water and add bay leaves. In center of each piece of sirloin; place bacon slice, pickle spear, onion; roll the sirloin around ingredients and secure with tooth pick. Sprinkle roll with garlic powder, salt & pepper (all sides). Place rolls in roaster & cover, bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
