1 cup flour
1/4 lb butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 package cream cheese softened
1 (12 oz ) Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small instant pudding - any flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
For first layer, mix by hand flour, butter, nuts and coconut.
Press in ungreased 9x13 pan and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown; then cool.
For 2nd layer, cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over 1st layer.
For 3rd layer, mix pudding according to package directions for pie filling.
Pour over 2nd layer and let stand until partially set.
Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with additional nuts and coconut if desired.
Chill 8 hours or overnight.
