First Layer:
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt

Second Layer:
1 c. Cool Whip
8oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Third Layer:
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ingredients for first layer and press into a 9x12 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix ingredients for second layer and spread on cooled crust. Chill for 15 minutes. Whip ingredients for third layer until thick. Spread in pan. Top with extra Cool Whip and pecans.
