2 tbsp. Butter
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
Chopped Pecans
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
5-6 Apples (Slice Thin)
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pie plate with non-stick spray. Melt butter in pie plate. Sprinkle brown sugar in pie plate. Cover bottom of plate with chopped pecans. Lay one pie crust over pecans. In separate bowl mix, apples, lemon juice, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and add to pie plate. Top with second pie crust. Mash edges of crust together. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Let set for a few minutes then flip upside down on serving plate.
