1 1/4 cup overproof rum
1 cup fresh strawberries,
2/3 cup sugar, spread over rum.

Add 1 cup fresh fruit , in season + 2/3 cup sugar:

Add cherries, plus sugar,
peaches, plus sugar,
pears, plus sugar,
plums, plus sugar,
seedless grapes, plus sugar,
apricots, plus sugar,

Stir once or twice until Christmas with a Silver Spoon.

šEach time fresh fruit is added, add 2/3 cup sugar.

Serve this at Christmas time
