1 cup sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 cup softened butter,
2 eggs,
2/3 cup flour,
1/2 tsp. b powder,
1/2 cup cocoa,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/2 cup chopped pecans,
12 vanilla carmels
1 tbsp. milk


Heat oven to 350 F.

Grease 9 X 9 pan. Beat sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.
Sift flour, cocoa, b powder and salt. Stir into butter mixture.

Place in pan cover with pecans and bake 20 - 25 minutes.

Heat carmels and milk over low heat and stir.
Drizzle over warm brownies.
