1 cup flour,
1/4 cup brown sugar.
1 egg yolk,

Work as in shortbread, pinch off small pieces & dip in egg whites, roll in chopped nuts, dent centre with thimble, half bake, then take out & redent. Put jam or cherry in dent & finish baking.

şBake 5 minutes, at 350 redent, add jam or cherry and finish baking for another 5 min.
