Whole Filet

1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tsp. Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Worchershire Sauce
1 Cup Water or Red Wine
1/2 Envelope of Italian Dressing

Preheat over to 425o

Trim fat off meat or have butcher do that for you...

Place meat in roasting pan and bake for 1/2 hour. Turn oven off and leave in there for another 1/2 hour. Do not open the oven.
