Dough:
6 Cups Sifted Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Lb. Butter
1/2 Pt. Sour Cream
3 Eggs beaten
1/2 Cup Warm Milk
2 1/2 Ozs. fresh Yeast or 3 pkg.'s dry yeast

Nut Mixture:
1/2 Cup Milk
3 to 4 Cups chopped nuts
8 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
16 ozs of Applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast & warm milk.

Mix all dry ingredients and then add butter, sour cream & beaten eggs and yeast mixture.

Cover with towel and let rise or 1 to 2 hours.

Combine all ingredients for nut mixture and simmer on low for a few minutes. Set aside to cool....

Break into 6 balls - grease pan. Roll out in squares and add walnut mixture.

Bake @ 350o for 30-35

Brush tops with beaten egg whites.
