2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
6 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine ground chuck, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until beef is browned and crumbly; drain on paper towels. Return beef mixture to skillet.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns.
