Crust:
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
Pinch Salt
1 Stick Butter

4-5 Peaches
3/4 Cup Sugar mixed with Cinnamon

2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream or Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups flour, 1/4 Cup sugar, pinch salt and 1 stick butter; mix until it looks like corn meal. Press into 10" pie plate.

Peel and arrange 4-5 large peaches in crust. Sprinkle with 3/4 Cup of sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon.

Bake in pre-heated oven 400o for 15 minutes.

Beat 2 eggs & 1 Cup sour cream or heavy cream. Pour over peaches after baking.

Return to oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
