2 Sticks Butter
4 Tbls. Cocoa
1 C. Water
2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 T. Salt
1 T. Soda
2 C. Flour

Icing:
1 Stick Butter
1/3 C. Milk
2 Tlbs. Cocoa
4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Tbls. Vanilla
1 C. Chopped Nuts
Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil & set aside:
2 Sticks Butter
4 Tbls. Cold Water

Mix together & set aside:
2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Sour Cream

Mix:
1 Tbls. Salt
1 Tbls. Soda
2 C. Flour
Now mix all ingredients above & beat well.
Put batter onto a well greased & floured jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350º 20 - 25 minutes.While baking, prepare the icing so it can be put on the cake while the cake is still quite warm.

To prepare icing:
Boil & remove from heat all the icing ingredients above except nuts & marshmallows. Beat it well, add nuts & marshmallows & pour over the top of the cake. Spread evenly.
