1 c. Sugar
4 tbsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Milk
3 Egg Yolks
1 1/2 oz. Chocolate of 1/3 c. Cocoa
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add milk and cook slowly. Melt chocolate and add to the hot mixture. Beat egg yolks and stir them in, then add butter and vanilla and cook until thickened. Cool and pour into a baked crust. Cover with meringue and bake.
