1 c. Scalded Milk
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1/4 c. Water
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
3 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, sugar, and salt to hot milk. Add egg. Melt yeast in warm (not hot) water. Add to first mixture. Add flour. Cover and let rise. Knead and cut out with biscuit cutter. Let rise and cook in 400º oven until lightly browned.
