1 Stick Butter
1 Can Milk
2 c. Powered Sugar
2/3 c. Chocolate Chips
1 t. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, milk, sugar, and chocolate chips in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat to a rolling boil. Cook for 5 minutes after a rolling boil begins. Take from heat, add 1 t. vanilla. Cool and use as topping.
