4 boneless chicken breast halves without skin
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas pepper
1/2 teas dried basil
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine.

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/4' thickness. Combine flour,salt,pepper and basil; mix well. Heat oil and butter in heavy non stick pan over medium heat. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Cook chicken until lightly browned one first side (about 2 to 3 min). Turn chicken and add mushrooms. Add Marsala wine to pan. Reduce hear to med-low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.
