1/2 cup cabbage, chopped;
4 green onions,
1 cup mushrooms sliced,
2 packages chicken ichiban noodles,
1/2 cup sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup sliced almonds,
1/4 cup sesame seeds,
1 cup dry chow mein noodles,
bean sproats

Combine 1 cup oil,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 cup vinegar,
3 tablespoons soya sauce,
2 pkg, iciban chicken soup mix,

This last combination can be made 1 week ahead
(tastes better the longer it sits)

Combine all 1 hour before serving
