3 (11oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can (8oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. (8oz.) sour cream
2 T. chopped walnuts
1 T. brown sugar
fresh mint, optional

Directions:

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts and brown sugar. Garnish with mint if desired.
