1 crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
7 T. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. cold water

2 crust:
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with 2 forks or a pastry blender. Add ice cold water, 1 T. at a time, until dough comes together.
Roll out dough and place into a pie dish. Put dough in the freezer until ready to bake.
