1 lb shrimp (16-20 count or larger)
3/4 c cracker crumbs
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 can crabmeat
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp parsley
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup white wine - stir in half, baste with rest.
Optional additions: diced onion, lemon juice, ground red pepper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, devein & butterfly shrimp.
Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Stir in half wine.
Stuff shrimp with above mixture.
Baste with the rest of the wine.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
