8-oz. Uncooked penne pasta
1/4 c. Chopped onion
1 lb. Turkey sausage
1 ea. Medium Green, Red, and Yellow bell peppers, cut into thin strips
2 Cloves Minced garlic
14.5-oz. Diced tomatoes with juice
8-oz. can Tomato sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta in a large pot as directed on package; drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, crumble and cook sausage in a 12 in nonstick skillet over med-high heat until cooked thoroughly.
Add Italian seasoning, peppers, onion and garlic. Cook only until peppers are crisp-tender. Then add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer pasta to a large bowl; pour sauce over pasta, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately.
