Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground cumin
1/5 tsp chili powder (Gebhardt's)
1 can diced tomato with onion
3 cans of chicken broth
2 small cans whole green chilies, diced
2 cans Great Northern Beans, do not drain
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnishes:
chopped green onions, lime wedges, chopped fresh cilantro, grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in oil in a stockpot.
Add chicken and saute 5 minutes or until browned.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 1 hour, adjusting seasonings as necessary.
If more spice is desired, add finely minced Jalapeņos fresh or from a jar.
Garnish as desired, serve with warm tortillas or tortilla chips.
