3 cups stale croissants or similar (tear into bite size pieces)
2 large eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 teas. vanilla
1/4 cup butter melted
2 tablespoon honey and caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle torn rolls into a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish. Combine eggs and milk; stir in sugar and vanilla and pour over torn rolls. Combine butter and honey; pour over roll mixture. Bake at 300º for 1 hour or until golden. Serve with caramel topping.
