1 14 oz pkg. caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk (divided)
1 pkg. caramel flavored cake mix
3/4 cup butter melted
2 teas. vanilla
1 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 º for 25 minutes
Unwrap caramels and put in saucepan with 1/3 cup evaporated milk cook over low heat until caramels are melted sit frequently. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine remaining milk, cake mix and butter. Spread 1/2 dough in 9" square pan Bake at 350 º for 10 minutes. cool on rack for 5 min. Pour caramel mixture over brownie layer in pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Crumble remaining dough over walnuts and bake for 25 minutes.
