Chicken 1500 grams
green chillies 20 cut slantly
curry leaves
Soya sauce 8 tablespoon
tomato sauce 4 tablespoon
chillie sauce 2 tablespoon
Marination of chicken
3/2/1 soya/tomato/chilie sauce for marination of chicken with pinch of salt for half an hour

Directions:
Directions:
In a wok with little oil fry the chicken in batches till slightly brown. clean the wok and then add one tablespoon oil and fry the chillies with a little soya sauce remove from wok and add the chicken into the wok stir for a mnute or two and add the sauces and curry leaves stir for another minute or two and add the chillies stir and serve into a dish. good with fried rice
