brinjal small (seasonal) 10 12 whole slite lengthwise into four
onion 1 big cut length wise
garlic 2 cut small
oil for fry and curry 2 to 3 tablespoon

Marination of brinjal

1 juice of lime
coriander leaves
chilli powder 2 teaspoon
jeera powder 1 teaspoon
tumeric 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
mix the above and fill in the slite and leave for 5 minutes

In a saucepan pour the oil and add the miranated bringal and fry for 5 minutes turning frequently as it cooks fast, once done remove it into a plate now add the cut onion and garlic in the same oil and fry till slightly brown now add salt and corainder for the onion as you have already put salt in brinjal. Now add the brinjals into the pan and stir for a minute and then add one cup boiling water let it cook on high fire till the water reduces by 1/2 a cup now put some more corainder leaves and shift it into a pan and garnish with corainder leaves. yummy with chappati or as is
