1 can corned beef
7 tbsp oil
5 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk ( I use 1 can of Pet milk, and 2 cups milk)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put the oil in a frying pan, heat oil. Chop Corn beef up. Place in Pan. Let brown for about 10 minutes. stirring so not to Burn. it will golden brown. Stir in the flour. Let it brown . Add milk, Salt and Pepper. Continue stirring to keep it from sticking. Bring to a boil. Then turn down heat to a low Simmer. Cover and let Simmer about 5 minutes, Stirring Occasionally.

Don't forget the Biscuits.
Double for a larger amount of gravy
