4-6 lb. roast
2 (0.6-oz.) packets Italian dressing seasoning
1 (12-oz.) can of beer
2 (16-oz.) cans whole pepperoncinis in juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast, Italian seasoning and beer in crockpot with the juice drained from the peperoncinis (reserve peppers); cook four hours on HIGH. Two hours before serving add the whole peperoncinis and continue cooking until meat is tender.
