1 T. olive oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 large onion, chopped
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, brown chops. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet, saute onion till tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, chili powder, oregano, worcestershire sauce, sugar and pepper flakes.
Return chops to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes till pork chops are tender.
