1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c shortening
5 oz jar raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a 8 x 8" baking pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Cut in the shortening until the mixture is course and crumbly. Stir in the egg. Press about half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the raspberry preserves over the crust then sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly toasted.
