1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 pkgs chocolate instant pudding
1 stick margarine
1 8 0z pkg cream cheese
1 cup Cool whip
3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and pecan and put in bottom of 9x 13" pan. Press flat to the bottom of the pan. Bake @ 350º until light brown. Let cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sugar and 2 cups of Cool whip and mix well. Put this into pan over the first layer. Mix chocolate pudding and milk, and pour over cream cheese mixture immediately. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and refrigerate. Will keep fresh in refrigerator for several days.
Can use other kinds of pudding,Pistachio is good.
