1 box Jiffy cornbead mix
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
8-10 bacon strips fried
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 ttbsp sugar
1/4 cup pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix. Bake-cool-crumble 1/2 in 9" x 13" dish.
Chop pepper, onion, tomatoes and cucumbers on top of cornbread. Crumble bacon strips on top of vegetables Mix mayonnaise, sugar and pickle relish. Spread on top of begetables. Crumble remaining cornbread on top.
