1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 box Coconut Instant Pudding
1/2 cup Wesson Oil
4 whole eggs
1 cup cold water or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
few drops yellow food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Misx the cake mix and instant pudding well. Add wesson oil, water or milk and eggs. Beat for 4 minutes in mixer. Bake in greased tube pan for 50 minutes.
For variations use any other psudding flavor. Lemon is great, as well as vanilla.
