1 lb. ground pork
1/2 onion minced
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
few dashes of Maggi seasoning
3-4 Tbsp Pate (optional)
1/2 cup peas (optional)
1 packages of PepperRidge Farm Puff Pastry (either pre-cut rounds or sheet)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw slightly the puff pastry (do not let it get too soft)
2. Preheat oven as directed on the puff pastry box
3. Mix ingredients
4. Form a mound on the puff pastry and seal the edges
5. Optional: brush egg wash by mixing one egg with a little water onto the top of the pate chaud.
6. Bake until golden brown (approximately 25 minutes)
