Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. In separate bowl blend 1 egg and salt. Combine and mix two bowls. Last add in 2 cups flour.
Let mixture chill for 30 min. Roll and cut dough on floured surface. Bake 8-10 min. Sprinkle with sugar.
