Ingredients:  
1 - 32 oz pkg shredded frozen potatoes (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz grated American cheese
1 - 8oz carton sour cream
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 small onion - chopped

2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup, cheese, sour cream, salt & onion. Stir into shredded potatoes.
Transfer to 9x 13 " dish. Spread crushed cornflakes over top and frizzle butter over topping.
Bake @ 350º for 30 min covered, 15 min uncovered.
