1 1/4 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the shortening into the flour and salt. In a measuring cup, break the egg and add the vinegar. Add water in the measuring cup until it touches the 2/3 line, mix. Pour liquids over flour and combine. Divide dough into four balls. Roll into crusts. Makes two double-crust pies.
