Ingredients:  
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
Sliced mushrooms
1/4 c Marsala wine
1/2 c chicken broth (little less)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your meat as desired and set aside.
Add butter & oil to skillet. Add onion & garlic and cook until onion softens.
Add mushrooms and saute 3 - 4 minutes.
Season with salt.
Add Marsala wine and cook until the mixture is reduced by half.
Return meat to pan to warm up in sauce.
Add extra butter & salt & pepper to taste.
