3 lb bone in turkey breast
3 T. butter soft
1 T thyme chopped
1 T. rosemary chopped
salt and pepper
lg onion rough chop
1/2 c, chicken broth
3 T. worchestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and herbs. add salt and pepper.
Slow cooker: spread onions over bottom. add chicken stock and worcestershire. salt and pepper turkey. spread butter under skin and on top of turkey. place turkey breast up cover and cook high for 4-6 hrs, check temp after 4 hrs. when 170º, remove from cooker, tent with foil and rest 10 min before slicing. can save au jus. slice thinly.
