2-3 apples (cubed)
1 celery stalk (sliced; greens may be included)
1 medium onion
1 package(16oz) roll sausage (cooked and crumbled)
1 egg
8oz bread crumbs
4-5c. Chicken / Turkey stock
1 Tbsp ground sage
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Sauté apples, sausage, celery & onion until onion is soft and clear.
3. In a large bowl mix breadcrumbs, Sauté ingredients, spices, & egg.
4. Seep stock over mix.
5. Bake in casserole dish for 45 min
