Cuban or French Bread (enough for 4 sandwiches)
1 lb. Ham (sliced)
1 lb. Lechón Asado (Cuban Pork) (Sliced)
1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese
Dill Pickles (Sliced) (3-4 slices per sandwich)
Yellow Mustard (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the bread lengthwise and toast the top and bottom halves.
2. Stack the ham, lechón asado, pickles, and then the Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the bread.
3. Heat open faced in an oven or toaster oven until cheese is melted slightly.
4. Remove from oven add yellow mustard to top and press down top half of toasted bread to compress the sandwich.
5. Cut in half and serve.
