2 cups small white beans, drained, cooked or canned
2 cups kidney beans, dark or light, cooked or canned
2 cups garbanzo beans, drained, cooked or canned
2 cups French, Italian, or Vinaigrette dressing, bottled or homemade
Salt and coarse black pepper to taste
Tomato wedges and onion rings

Directions:
Mix drained beans together, lightly cover with dressing. Refrigerate for several hours. When read to serve, mix again. Taste and if needed, add more seasoning or a little vinegar. Serve in a large bowl and garnish with tomato wedges and onion rings.
