Large Sauté Pan
4 - 6 corn on the cob
1 cube real butter
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Directions:

Peel corn
On low to medium heat:
Melt butter
Sprinkle butter with seasonings
Add corn on the cob

Let cook until corn turns bright yellow; continue rolling corn in the butter until all sides have changed color

Serve on plate

I moved to different house and couldn't find a kettle to cook the corn I had already peeled and cleaned. I was sautéing asparagus with above mentioned ingredients so I decided to add the corn to the pan! The corn was delicious as the butter and seasonings were already cooked in!!! Mmmmm. I don't ever boil water to cook corn now:-). The garlic n onion kick up the taste a notch but not necessary!
