1 unseasoned pork loin
1 white onion
2 jalepenos
black peper,salt
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º.
Season pork loin liberally with equal amounts of garlic, pepper and salt.
Cut onions into rings, saving those that will fit around the pork lin.
Slice jalepenos into halve.
Place onionsrighs (6-8) around pork loin.
Placde sliced jalepenos on top of pork loin, being help in place by the onion rings.
Cook pork loin at 350º for 30-45 minutes to desired temp.
