1/2 cup chopped onion
2 T butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
2 T brown sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:

Saute onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until thick.
