1 c all-purpose flour
1 c + 2 tbsp sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 c graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c peanut butter
1/2 c shortening
1 c + 2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except eggs); beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat another minute. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

For frosting use
2 c confectioner sugar,
2 tbsp cocoa,
1 stick butter,
1/3 c heavy cream, &
2 capfuls of vanilla.

Mix frosting ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Poke some holes in cake; then pour warm frosting over cake.
