1 tbsp butter
8 chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
8 ounce fresh sliced mushrooms
1 1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and brown for 2-3 minutes each side. Place in slow cooker.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, blend the soups. Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker. Add mushrooms, wine and flour.
Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
