1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar; then adds eggs one at a time, mix well. Add mashed bananas to the egg mixture. In a medium bowl combine the flours, and remaining ingredients. Add dry to wet until just combined. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
