3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 T. corn meal
2 T. buttermilk
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9in. deep dish pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into one large bowl; beat with handheld mixer; pour into pie shell; bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until middle of pie is set. Cool before serving.
