1 gal Best Maid Whole Dill Pickles
12 - 15 jalapeņos
7 c sugar
1 c vinegar
4 quart jars

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pickles into 1/8 inch thick disks.
Slice jalapeņos into rings removing most of the seeds.
Layer pickles & jalapeņos in alternating layers in jars until full.
In saucepan, heat vinegar & sugar to make a simple syrup. This needs to heat until mixture is clear.
Pour vinegar/sugar mixture over pickles covering completely.
Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks before eating.
